What does forward-only writing mean?
In Echo you write without deleting or rewriting as you go. That keeps you from polishing sentences instead of thinking. Once your draft is done, the AI gives you feedback and can help polish what you wrote, so the editing happens after the thinking, not during it.
Is Echo free?
Echo is free to download and use. Echo Pro is an optional subscription, managed through your Apple ID, that unlocks more. You can cancel any time from your iPhone's subscription settings.
Is my writing private?
Yes. Your reflections are private by default. Echo has an optional public feed where you can choose to share a polished version of a reflection, but nothing is shared unless you decide to share it.
